Frequently asked questions
Is Chatjar available now?
Not yet. Chatjar is in development at Areez International, and early-access signup is open now. Register your store and we will let you know when the trial opens.
Does it work with Salla and Zid?
We plan to launch it first as an app in the Salla app store, installed in one click. Zid support will come later; you can join the waitlist now.
Official WhatsApp vs QR-scan tools?
QR tools link your number unofficially, which can get it banned. Chatjar will run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with quality monitoring for your number.
Are there Meta message fees?
Meta conversation fees may apply to some messages, depending on their type. They are paid to Meta directly from your store’s account, are separate from your Chatjar plan, and we add no markup.
